The Coming Together Conference is an annual conference Family Support Network of SENC in conjunction with the New Hanover County Schools sponsor that spotlights dozens of speakers and experts on various topics of interest to both parents and teacher concerning children with special needs. In 2008, the conference takes place on February 18, 2008 at Freeman Elementary in Wilmington. Parents of special needs children attend free. We hope all parents can take advantage of this really special gathering of experts and the sessions they provide to learn more about what is available for their children both therapeutically and through the school system.
